FAQ

Citizen People asks that you read and fill in the Model Release prior to coming to a photo session. Once you have read the Model Release, please print out a copy to sign and bring to the shoot. When filling out the release, please use your legal name, and not your stage name. Please bring a photo I.D. (and a guardian's I.D. if you are a minor). Minors are asked to be accompanied by an parent or guardian.

To download the Model Release, please click here.

** You do not need to attach or provide a headshot when you come in. We will be taking plenty of photographs and will use our own.

If you do not have access to a printer, please be sure to read over the release on your computer. We will be able to provide you with a copy to fill out.

Citizen People will deduct $40 per calendar year from each models net licensing revenue for administration fees. If 10% of the net license fee actually received by Photographer in a calendar year is not at a minimum $40, the Model will not be charged the administration fee for that calendar year.
